WHAT DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE?

When ordering wheels, the price you see is PER WHEEL (not per set). This gives you options to mix wheel sizes and/or hardness. Therefore, if you would like to purchase one set of 8 identical wheels, please select a quantity of 8.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 24 hours for us to process and fulfill your order. During busier times like holidays, our order volume is higher and processing times may increase. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding public US holidays. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. If you choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping instead of standard Priority shipping in the USA, please note that we still need time to process and fulfill you order. These orders placed after 8 AM (EST) will be shipped the following business day.

International Shipping

All orders ship using DHL Express Worldwide. Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days, depending on your location. Your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number. VAT, Taxes, and Duties: Most of these fees are applied to your order during checkout. However, some countries may require additional payments after you’ve placed your order or after it has been shipped by us. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all international orders, MPC Wheels is not responsible for additional fees or taxes applied by your government. We’re unable to supply any additional information as it will vary by country. We rely on DHL as our shipping partner who delivers your order. MPC is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once it departs our fulfillment facilities. Any claims should be filed with DHL shipping carrier using the tracking number provided with your order.
